Wish i had a blue chips 2 vinyl, or some custom artwork. What an amazing project. Raw, creative, and not forced just flowing. One of my all time favorite projects in music.
Probably not a fair comparison, but the wild nature of Bronson's songs remind me or early Gorillaz (before the revival I mean). Some of his works breeze by me and leave me confused, so I have to re-listen multiple times to "get it".
I have to admit something. I was walking around my garage, thinking about how much I hate guitars when I saw my dads old collection of CD's. Obviously it was all trash dad rock, & I thought it would be funny to put on one of the albums, AC/DC's "Highway To Hell" just to see how bad it really was. However after putting it into my Bass Boosted CD player, I realized that it actually wasn't to bad & by the time I had finished it I realized that it was actually what real music sounded like, with guitars & manly men shouting. I can no longer enjoy Kanye West & the like. I've come to realize that rappers don't even play real instruments unlike these old legends, & that Bon Scott (RIP) has more talent in his pinky than every rapper on the planet. I've thrown away all my old CD's, & now know what real music is.
Haha.. that's f****** awesome dude. That's why my standards are so high for someone I consider to be a rapper or MC that half these kids out today suck to me!! Oh yeah AC DC Black Sabbath some Thin Lizzy Van Halen Led Zeppelin Rush Ozzy some bad company Judas Priest some Ted Nugent the first Cry Of Love album the first two Badlands albums, and a whole lot more I don't have time to name are real musical talents.. the only person I considered a musical prodigy in the rap world was murdered and that was XXX tentacion. If you haven't heard some of the actual songs that he did you should give him a chance. Thanks from a 50 year old head-banger / Hip Hop enthusiast
First off good music is subjective. 2nd AC/DC uses a total of like 6 chords across their entire discography. Third idk what “manly man shouting” has to do with talent but ok lmao And 4th, you give Kanye a Les Paul and an overdrive pedal and he’d be lost af. You plop Angus Young or Brian Johnson in front of an MPC and DAW and they’d have absolutely no clue what they’re even looking at. Different types of music = Different types of talent.
