I did the same thing on eBay. I'm a 12 so folks want a ton. The 10% off was definitely nice. Why are you anxious to get in hand? Are you worried about something? I just want my seller to ship. Lol
I got lucky this time around, but did put the leg work for these and glad I got’em. These are definitely top 3 on the list for the year. Great review Sean, keep up the 💪🏼 work on the reviews!
Really like this shoe, probably the best 990V6 colorway so far IMO. Just wish it wasn't so limited and hard to get, I don't feel like paying resale for these.
Wish it came with alternative laces. Not a big fan of rope laces and prefer flat laces. But other than that, it’s a fire shoe! Thanks for another great detailed review!
Been stuck in my 990v3 bubble for awhile now lol this might just be the pair that finally gets me to come out of it. Look awesome and the added cushioning is welcome. Got flat feet so anything that helps mitigate the hard impact from me walking is a W.
I tried to go for these in raffles as it is a decent colourway, but honestly the higher retail price point was just price gouging. Thanks for the describing the stability of wearing the 990v6. I've never worn 990v6 before, so I think I will try a pair in store or maybe get pair in sale to see how it feels to walk in
Took Ls on all raffles but managed to pick these up in my size from Goat below retail. Really stoked for these as I love the cw and Baklava is the best dessert period 🤩
Just got mine in today from stock x. I hear their verification team is hot garbage, but I was also told if it's not a ridocously hyped shoe, I should be okay. Someone accepted my offer of 370. With tax and fees though I still paid way too much. What do you think? Reps? Or I'm probably safe
I prefer this color way over the Baklavas…just more wearable IMO. I paid resale through stockX on June 25 and still haven’t received them yet! I’m starting to get worried 😟

Copped the OG colorway from NB, could get these close to retail on resale but I don' t think I need both and as you said, to pick one, the OG stands out. Harder to put a fit together but the collections getting too big to cop non-standout pairs.
I love these shoes finally picked them up love fuel cell for actual running these are comfortable dad shoes for sure. Plus like this color allot because of Steven Universe (children's cartoon my daughter used to watch allot)

I got these on a SNS raffle! They’re fantastic. Love the colorway but don’t feel the laces. I swapped them out with a cream pair from the Teddy white leather v3s. Much better imo.
If i am 8.5 Us in regular 2002r should i buy the lapis lazuli in the same size? I have short but wide feet and i like how my 2002r fits me its confortable😊Thnks man
Didn't even get a proper release in the UK - New Balance UK just cancelled it on the day they were supposed to be out. Like many others I'm sick of the resale scalpers and refuse to pay those prices.
When people talk about the power of "HYPE", these Action Bronson's collabs should be out forth as Exhibit A. IMHO both of these colourways are a hot mess, and would otherwise be sitting so hard across the board they will for sure go on sale. With excellent colouways like the Magenta Pop, cream & white, and grey/navy for the V6 models available, these look even worse by comparison. My opinion of course.
Its actually the power of scarcity. Action Bronson’s collabs are much more scarce than the regular releases, including the Grey Day colorway. This scarcity creates hype for the shoes. If they produced as much as the general release colorway, of course the shoes would probably go on sale later.
@@ColdNoodleManiac Absolutely scarcity plays a huge part in manipulating the psyche of consumers. But for me personally I just can't fathom that alone would be enough to override the fact that, IMHO, these colourways are just not very good. I see 992 with similar colourways sitting all around. And that was when 992 was really popular a couple of years back. That tells me that it's not the aesthetic that's appealing to the consumer, which I find to be very very sad.
I think this and the other Bronson pair is the worst new balance shoe to date. Truly unwearable and just ugly. Bring back earth tones and calm vibe New Balance please 😭 these are for the 6th graders
