What is perturbing me the most at the moment is the state of water supply in the UK, given that private investors have pulled out billions from UK water companies since privatisation and the water supply system is collapsing. This is unsustainable and will lead to a UK wide drought
Standing charges are downright ridicules now, our household bill is over £30 a month before we have even started using any power. I really don't see why we have to pay for improvements that should have been made years ago, use the profits to cover the costs
If these price increases keep happening low income families will be spending most of their money on energy bills. Pay your rent, pay your utilities and that's it! Net Zero, great, do we want to pay for it? No.
