Just so you know Xenomorphs don't really attack robots or Androids, they co-exist without fighting mostly. The only time they would fight each other is if the bot started it by attacking the xeno first or entering the queens hive.
Actually a predator won't randomly kill like a xenomorph it will only hunt strong lifeforms or strong/armed humans if it Kills something weak say for example a non strong unarmed human it will be discraced by its tribe and either exiled or killed

I Don't think they survived the Predators self-destruction is as strong as a Nuke so when it explode it was as fast as a race car and goes 2 kilometer in diameter so they had to be several miles per hour fast to be able to get out of there so they had to die unless they went in a hole to safety.

As far as I remember it's only elderly, pregnant or defenseless creatures that don't count as prey. Uraraka can absolutely defend herself and pose a threat to the predator so she counts as fair game from my perspective
