Actions if temperature of COAL cargo is rising - Cargo Work 

Sir, I sailed on a bulk carrier and I don't have CO2 /FOAM system as fixed fire fighting system, we had an exception CERTIFCATE for the same it was a panama flag vessel IKAN PANDAN, Please suggest what is the other options do a ship like mine have to fight coal fire....and how is an excemption certificate possible for a Bulk Carrier vessel which is carry highly spontaneous Cargo as Coal Pls reply back asap Wen u see this comment Thank You Fellow RU-vidr MARINER SHIYAN
