Simple as that!

It's very useful :) I'm wondering, does it have custom channel or such that thing? let say after Opportunity closed as won, we need to send the data to external system. can we do that by adding one box like custom channel in this real-time journey? From technical ways, actually we can do through flow or custom plugin. Yet some customers want to know the interaction data report.
