Most times I learn from what or how you say things, rather than the lesson itself that you are teaching. 7:33 Boil water -- Let water be boiled. 7:45 Warm milk separately -- Let milk be warmed separately. 'Let' should be put at the beginning of the sentences because 'Boil water' and 'Warm milk separately' are imperative sentences.
Both forms are correct, we don't necessarily need to add let,( water is boiled separately ) - it can be in reported speech, Imperative sentence will give you instructions / commands Here, we can form passive sentence without turning it into an imperative sentence.

Here r some examples of active and passive voice 1)The hunter killed the lion = The lion was killed by the hunter. 2)Someone has cleaned the windows = The windows have been cleaned by someone. 3)Someone sent her a cheque for a thousand euros = She was sent a cheque for a thousand euros. The teacher teaches the class -->Active voice The passive voice form would be , The class is taught by the teacher. Being is used in teh passive form in case of continuous tense forms in active voice. For example, The teacher is teaching English to the class. English is being taught to the class by the teacher.
