Just clean youe head from any perceptions of life"seriously nobody really knows why we are here in this si called universe" Learn tp appreciate the beauty and wonder of it. Just relax and know you are part of something wonderfull
Sometimes it bothers me that he isn't famous. This is real talent. He deserves recognition. But then I remember that I know of him. And I feel special for that. I've come to realise Active Child is a gift only some of us will be honoured to receive.
@@raraavis4460I believe only earth angels are attracted to this music and that’s more special than millions of people. We are finding each other now and it’s beautiful. ❤
OMGGGG I've been rewatching the series and I noticed this song last night on episode 14 season 1 at the very end! I've been listening to Active Child for months now(like every day its scary I'm obsessed) so when I heard the song, I know I was obsessed with him!
I've been listening to this since 2012 and this is one of the most beautiful pieces I've ever heard in my life. It will be always so strange to me, that nobody knows about this song and music of Active Child
I came home In the morning Just a little bit ago You lie asleep In our bed All twisted in your clothes And the rain came down On our rooftop With a rhythm like this Let the hair stand up On your shoulders When you open your mouth You said, oooooooooohhhh, You said oooooooooooooooooohhhhhhh So I wrote you a letter Etched into my forearm With the pen that you gave me 'Cause if there's one thing that I mustn't fear Is that this is permanent, This permanent I wish that I was strong enough I wish that I could give it up I wish that I could change enough To be yours I wish that I was strong enough I wish that I could give it up I wish that I could change enough To be yours I wish that I was strong enough I wish that I could give it up I wish that I could change enough To be yours I wish that I was strong enough I wish that I could give it up I wish that I could change enough To be yours.
Johnny Belinda, as the title suggests, is all about the justification of one's worth in the life of a certain other. The context speak volumes about one's relevance in the lives of those we come to love. Importantly; it is a saluting tribute to the trials and tribulations we endure in the pursuit of the defence, acceptance and love from those we care about most dearly. The consideration & effort put into this music video is absolutely commendable.
When you know what you were born for, and your worth ....you no longer look at things as coincidences, things become...obvious. Certain people , roads, etc, all of it ...it all comes together.
This song is SOOOOoooooooo Underrated! Like seriously this video should be up their on the National Billboard, not just sitting here in RU-vid. More people need to give this guy attention and credit for such Magnificent Beauty!! Truly remarkable music, total bliss to my soul.......
Oh and what IS on the billboard? Total shit like Kanye West and so forth. There is something seriously wrong with the Music Industry in the USA so we all need to just select what we like and go with it, sadly we can't count on the present music industry to steer us to greatness any more. Not right now at least, maybe in the future. Someone....PLEASE create a Top 20, Grammys etc that will exclude anything that isn't THIS good. It's badly needed. We can't base it on what is sold any more, it MUST be based on quality alone.
omg...they say he was in the philly boys music choir, wich i was a part of the females side..lol..but he sure knows how to pull and put back raw emotions where thee used to be nothing but rage and regret and past mistakes that havent even jhad the chaance to haunt me yet..lol
making his voice sound huge like it's bellowing through the canyons also adds to the effect - check out another song from him called "color me" if you haven't already
This song has trapped in this world that i can't explain and can't get out of... I listen to rap period. Scareface, Pastor Troy, UGK, the whole 9... but now it's like I can't go back to that...
at some point, its like the universe opens up. the feel of what his emotions are. so sad, clear, surreal... and very real. every second is relatable ❤️
Sometimes there's a track that you come back to again and again, still to find yet another layer to it that plucks gently on an emotion. Its like musical alchemy.I never grow tired of hearing it.
This video is as close as perfect can be compared to your music. I can't believe I first heard this 10 years ago and it took me this long to comment. I love everything you do!
I've been listening to this song for two years and finally decided to watch the music video. I was worried that I would be disappointed or that it wouldnt be what I had related to the song before and that It would change my mind about it but it was perfect. Just like the song.
It's just incredible what someone can make you feel and experience, as in the simple realization that this isn't just music It's emotion transmuted into sound. I love it.
Can y'all stop acting surprised about the song not being more popular. You already know who reigns over the music industry. Is it frustrating that they are not that well known, yes. Would you rather hear this than the pop poo that is currently playing on the local radios, yes. Is there anything that you can do about it, no. So be quiet, support the artist by buying their album, and listen to their music whenever YOU want.
i have such a distinct memory of hearing this for the first time in 2011, on a perfect fall day - and every time i hear this song it brings me back to that exact moment. quite literally the only song that has such an imprint on my brain
There is so much power to this music & images because they have been forever etched in my memory since I discovered this song my Active Child. Mr. Patrick James Grossi, Glod bless you. Tnank you for this wonderful music.
Exactly....Well put. This is the dilemma so many people are struggling through these days. Once brilliance & genius are discovered & heard, it is hard, one might say almost impossible to go back to the bland, monotony of the everyday pop-culture, mass-produced for the billions of conforming robots out there, pop music that is shoved down our throats in movies, TV & radio. Stupidity, ignorance & non-creativity are the new opiates for the masses. Thank the universe for ARTISTS like Active Child...
I just saw this group play in a small church in Austin, TX. They paired a wonderful display of lighting with the music that overwhelmed the senses. The acoustics were so clear and use of the space were magical! If you EVER have the chance to see Active Child perform, you have to go! His voice and musical abilities are as good as the production value he brings in recordings. Everyone in the performance was spot on and humble to talk to afterward! Just a pleasure to watch!
The best song to ever be made. You sir make music that touches my soul. Standing under a shower head with the water beating down over my back, this.. this song, makes you feel every emotion. Whatever woman you choose to spend the rest of your life with will be forever blessed! Sing to her every morning and every night.
i watch it again and again as the purest expression of emotions, cant agree with the direction of the way of the lyrics, but so much in tune with the purity, emotional depth and beauty, thank you for this piece of art, hope you are happy )
he's absolutely gorgeous. he has lead me through some tough times. to see a man who has a heart as soundful as my own was a powerful reassurance. they are not all so blind as the others had been.
