Guys, I am as leery of service members getting scammed as anyone else. I get approached by tons of businesses, I turn 99% of them down. I wasn’t paid for this video and I am going to use this system. I just wanted to share it with y’all because I thought it would add value to people’s lives in our community. The link associated with this takes you somewhere to get their education material for free and a free class from me on how to use social media for branding. I really am trying to be helpful here. ADPI is also directly combating veteran homelessness through various means. This is a company run by great people. I’m a bit hurt that people are suggesting I’m trying to scam service members, and if this isn’t for you I totally understand. I just thought it was a cool opportunity and I wanted to share.
I think you need to see this from a fan perspective? This is like a whole episode of Grandpa Buff trying to sell us a reverse mortgage. It’s the format we are shocked by. Not the message
Thanks for making this video, Veterans have a great benefit of a VA loan but many do not use it which is unfortunate. As a Realtor I really enjoy helping Veterans buy homes!
I appreciate this video and your effort to help prevent these problems from hurting soldiers in the future. I dont care what everyone else says. Great video dude.
For a second I thought I accidentally subbed to some finance bro. The last thing anyone needs is to pay for a class to ostensibly learn how to make money. Even if your intentions were good it’s a rare L for the channel
i think we as a country, as a society should do better for our veterans and active duty. from those in the comments, all i gotta say, unless you were in the military or currently are, do not pass judgement, on how they are attempting to solve a very real financial and societal issue. if you all think they shouldn't, then why don't you come up with a better alternative.
Ask any economist. Passive income does not exist. You are either doing an investment which requires risk. That risk will be inversely related to reward. Essentially, the less risky, the less reward. Or you have to put in labor, which your pay will increase with either the quantity of effort you put in, or the development of special skills in which you can demand a higher amount of money. Basically you either got to work HARD for extra money or get a degree and work smart. There is no magic secret in which you can make money and do nothing.
@mandatoryfunday literally says "passive income" in the video. Passive income does not exist. Passive Income literally means you do nothing. If you have to "do something" then it's no longer passive. It's active income. Do, yes, you are suggesting it.
If one truly has a passion for helping service members it shouldn't be tied to a timed special offer. Reeks of pyramid scheme. What's your cut? They must have made it pretty lucrative for you to sell out like this.
Awesome Lt! More vets need to hear about this. Not a scam, not a secret locked behind a paywall. Anyone that qualifies can do this. The org is litterally just offering to help you through the process. All you complainers who don't want any help, enjoy Hunt Housing Disease. Yall would be just as upset if he told you there was a way to multiply your retirement check, if you just put in a few dollars extra a month 😂
"once you have a certain amount of wealth" I got to call BS on this one. If someone had that sort of wealth or income it is unlikely they would be homeless. A homeless person will not become not homeless by investing in real estate that they could not get to even provide for theri own housing. This screams scam to me preying on the vulnerable with solutions that are not practical.
My ex wife ran off and stole $10k, and destroyed my credit. If I stayed in, I would need a year before I can do it, because I’d bet you need decent credit
I think it's time to unsubscribe. The fact that this isn't marked up as an ad or promotion just whiffs of an imminent takedown. Love this guy and his normal content. This is poop though.
Appreciate the individual reply. I'm gonna hang on as it feels a bit knee jerk. My bad. I understand what you are trying to do, I guess the optics of it don't look great and judging by the trend, I'm not the only one who sees it.
@@civvieal64everybody is leery of service members being taken advantage of. I certainly am. I’ve had many businesses reach out me and I tell 99% of them no. ADPI literally offers educational material and one on one coaching for people to buy real estate. I’ve personally met the owners and they are both veterans and amazing people. I would not be doing this if I didn’t believe it was an absolute steal for service members.
the only way to make money with courses is by selling them! special limited offer BS the second you hit the website. Very disappointing. came for memes and relatable hardship not passive income scams!
@@mandatoryfunday Bad marketing and advertising to say the least. It look like a scam although real estate can be a good investment at the right time. 2024 is not the right time though.
"The barrier to entry" is either to be an officer or married (or get pregnant). The disparity in wealth building opportunities between these groups of SMs and the single enlisted Soldiers in the barracks is soul crushing.
I think you've made a mistake. If you have put money in this system....good luck getting it out. Hope you don't lose any or too much. Real estate investment can be a good thing but not always. Timing matters. I wouldn't push a company that sounds like a scam. As for your courses of building a brand....those might be the most legitimate part of everything.
sad to see this guy go the way of scams, real estate takes lots of time and effort and investment to make and return quickly, other wise it will take 5-10 years minimum to get anything back stay away from company's like this that want you to pay to learn how to make money with the "System" they sell.
This info is spot on, the only way to build actual wealth is via Real Estate (home ownership and investment) Having even a single veteran homeless is disgraceful! A VA loan is not that hard to get and we try to have a minimum cost to any veteran.
