I LOVE how they take existing homes change the foot print and make it desirable for the families needs. This house without a finished basement in MD would be at least $850k. A lot of these new build homes are not as sturdy and are on smaller lots so I’m looking twice at an older home to remodel. I wonder if Egypt and Mike would come to Maryland to help me find an existing home as my forever home and remodel it🤎
