I used to just put them on and just go until you showed a video on how you fix your leggings so they could be flattering on the bum. I was like "huh. 🤔That's why they don't look very flattering on me." Ever since I now fix them before heading to the gym. My husband approves and likes the way I fix them now... So thank you very much for that 💕
I first put them on and pull the fabric up my legs like how you do because I’m short as well. Then I do what Kathryn Mueller suggested, and pull fabric around my glutes (helps with squat proofness), and then I squat a couple times to make sure its situated & comfy 😅 Done!
Personally, I like my hip dips to be on the belt, but sometimes I just pull the leggings up to highlight my glutes more, but it depends on my mood of the day. I certainly don't wear underwear 😂, so transparency isn't an issue for me, I also like the details on quads, but I don't like the patterns on it. Omg it's to a lot of information😱
I usually just pull mine on and go, but that’s more because I’m self conscious about over accentuating by adjusting them to form fit better. 😅 Wish I was confident and comfortable enough in my body to do that!

@@CherrylB1994 yes it was the latest launch, I ordered a size small in black as that’s my usual size across all brands that I wear. I live in Dubai so haven’t been able to send them back. I won’t be ordering again due to the import taxes! 😞

I am getting sick of these activewear brands that focus so much on creating leggings that enhance the glutes. The main function of leggings should be to be functional, comfortable, and hold up in the gym. Of course we all want to wear something that looks flattering, but ultimately the main purpose of activewear should be to enhance training

Definitely have to put them in place! Kicks, squats, jumps, whatever it takes to get the right shape! You should do a shorts try on! I struggle finding shorts that don't ride up my butt crack while working out, but mid thigh ones aren't the most comfortable either. Halara has some good ones that I like but yeah, shorts try on please! 😉 lysm!
After i saw a TikTok of a girl adjusting her leggings like you do I started doing it myself and now I always put them on that way! It feels weird not doing it now😂
If I’m wearing gymshark then I definitely have to “place” my leggings, but since I’ve moved to alphalete I don’t have to- I just put them on and go. Hope they eventually turn up for you- you’ll see what I mean 👍
Hear me out...Gymshark model but with the Bo&tee material would make the perfect summer legging. You would get quality, design and comfort all in one, plus it would look really flattering.
You have my exact body type. I am small, very strong in the upper body but ❤struggle to grow glutes. I have those gymshark leggings and I love them on me.
In some cases I can just pull them up and go. But for others I have to pull at the hinge of my hips and go from there. I have longer legs than most so full length leggings are hard to find. I’ll take the extra length any day
Hey Hanna. I have a question for you. I have been working our regularly for a while now (usually 4-5 days a week ) i see some results as well and Im happy about it. What makes me a bit frustrated is taking time off when being sick. I have been feeling sick for 5 days and haven’t been to gym for 5 days. Im frustrated and worried all my hard work will go out of window. Do you take time off when you are sick as well? Thanks for your answer
Taking time off being ill is so important! If you would workout while being ill, it could result in damaging the heart in the worst case scenario. Your body needs a break to fight the illness, f.e. a cold, and all your hard work before won't just vanish, I guarantee you! If you take 1 or 2 weeks off, you won't notice a big difference when you start to workout again. Your body has a muscle memory, so even if you need to take a longer break, the muscles will come back very fast
Body Engineers and Bombshell legging review would be great! you looked great in all of them but I get what you mean about scrunches not looking right! i always feel self conscious about leggings scrunching and being stared at but maybe I should just own it :)
I'm a 5'1" shawty and I too have to pull my leggings up and adjust them around my butt and hips otherwise they are not as flattering and would be too much fabric around my short legs.
I'm a girl who is bottom-heavy and has a lot of muscle on my quads and glutes....my leggings need to have stretch to allow for room for my quads because I hate feeling squished. But also some leggings with a scrunch look horrendous because my glutes stretch out the scrunch and it disappears, no matter what routine I do for placing them they just don't work.
always "place" my leggings - i don't know how I could not. There are some though that need more "placing" than others. there's German Brand worth trying - Teveo. so good.

Gymshark leggings were my least favorite. Made your butt look a little flat and didn't really like the color. Your quads look best in the gymshark though.
I'm that girl that puts them in right place I squat and stretch with it to confirm before I go out lol 😆, I do have wide hips and thighs and 🍑 but I still got ti make sure it doesn't look funny on my ass
On the Bo+Tee ones you should have bought the petite version, they are a lot shorter. They have a petite version for all their leggings :) and if they still are a little too long, just fold them up a little at the bottom. They looked great on you btw!
Hanna, am with you. I like to “put” them in place. Support is also very important as well as coverage. The last thing I want to worry about at the gym is my panties or my “goods” being on display😂😂
