During my life and search for truth I have bumped into few people that knock my socks off. Among them include JH Newman, Ronald Knox, Fulton Sheen, Fr Sirico, Thomas Sowell, Antonin Scalia, and most recently William F Buckley.

They don't make them like those two giants any more. Absolutely masterful.

Forty years ago, we had a strong middle class, but the capitalists were threatened by this new force who dared enter the political arena and press their demands for civil, labor, health rights, food safety and environmental protections and ending an illegal war during the 60's decade. This incited a revolt of the elites, aka neoliberalism, the economic agenda to reduce the nation (and world) back down to the level of poverty. They tried to condition everyone into thinking of public sector investment as "socialism". But it's actually what government is supposed to do and did prior to the 80's. It's called having a strong fiscal policy. It's so great to see MMT (modern monetary theory) knocking neoliberal economic policy off its pedestal today. The agenda to reduce the world to poverty has been exposed and is on its way out: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-k5u5JpvuiTQ.html
