I am disappointed when a senior actor like Manoj Bajpayee says that films have no impact on people. I have seen movies like Tare Zameen Par, 3 idiots and Dangal having a huge impact in changing the minds of Indian parents forever. When people abuse in movies and that is made to look cool then people do that more openly, so many criminals have been inspired by TV shows and movies as well.

The new generation of parents is way more chilled, now they don't firce kids to become only engineers and doctors and 3 idiots has been a very big influence on general public.

They are not even movie reviewers. Movie reviewer's Job is to judge movie based on it's Story, Screenplay etc. But they are Moral Policing in the name of movie review.

We all know those who hate Animal are meethas.

Just like Manoj B said one likes the movie as long as it's engaging but concluding them as meethas and non meethas is very judgemental

Koi kisiko savage nahi kar raha....just becoz people have liked it and have flocked it. It does not becomes a great film. There are lot of people who have raised questions and concerns on what are we trying to show. Animal is one senseless film without a story....which hangs on sensationalism and not craft.

Well that's very far fecthed yes animal is also gory but in terms of story it could have done a lot better in second half don't get me wrong but they should have explored more of father son relationship and beleive me if they had hit the heart of story properly the movie would have been masterpiece.

Agree with u and this is coming from someone who didn't like the movie entirely. I think people are making fuss about it simply. I do wish the second half of film was more story driven but still people seem to only want to talk unwanted stuff

@@DebangshuChanda-dw7sn i couldn't agree more, It was a very average movie with few very cool moments in it, I am just happy for the success it got in the times when because of reels and all people's attention span is ruining and the studios forcing filmmakers to cut the length of their movie which undermines their original vision, it feels good that a filmmaker got to make whatever he wanted and made it a success

Director clearly established character is bad. So we cannot connect with bad character. I mostly connected with rashmika, ranvijay sister and Anil Kapoor wife character because they are the only people who are trying to bring them on track. So director did not justified main character. He is telling listen to wife and mother. But character is blindly obsessed with papa papa..papa..due to that he lost everyone. He can protect papa from killers but he cannot protect papa from cancer is the irony that movie ended it's 1st chapter. In 2nd we see how ranvijay cousins are going to suffer for ranvijay actions.
