dude it took me like 5 multihour sessions just to beat this game normally. this game is so hard im impressed.

This is my favorite game. It's awesome! I never beated many games but this one I did.

Upon first play, Actraiser 2 seems like one of the most difficult games ever. After you learn how to play however, it's really pretty simple, and really no problem at all. The first thing everyone should know is that diving stabs do more damage than standing there swinging. Just knowing that one thing ought to get you going in the right direction.

Can't even imagine beating this game without dying, let alone beating it quickly without dying. Nice job!

I love this game. Modero has such a great backdrop and the music really gives a sense of desperation.

I never beat this game when I was younger. Just installed it on my SNES classic and will be attempting to finally mark it off my list.

Glad you are still running the most underrated platformer ever. BTW I saw your Brandish playthough on the SNES too bad you picked the wrong port of it, all the others version of it have a minimap on the screen which makes the navigation WAY easier and less tedious, there's just no excuse for this game to have taking away the minimap, it's almost unplayable because of it. The second game on the SNES by Koei again did it right and included a minimap on it so it's a much better game. It also feels much more like a traditionnal rpg, you got towns and stuff so it's not dungeon crawling 100 % of the time. The first game isn't bad by any means but the SNES port is just atrocious.

oh man... when i completed actriser 1 it was such an amazing game... then somebody said to me there was an actraiser 2 i was shitting my pants with excitement... then i got the game... and well... i was dissapointed at the very least, its a good game im not complaining but i expected more of that city management thingy that i loved on the first one :c
