My cousin was airhostess 20 years back when Shilpa was in prime. It was international flight for around 14 hours n she had only tablet and water . Just imagine when she was in prime she was in such strict diet now she must be starving. All these she does to show media she eats in reality she hardly eats.
She was at her prime back then maybe that's why she starved and these days she's absent from the movies so she can enjoy her cheat meal.. know the word "cheat meal" doesn't mean she's always eating like this
She's right ,when we are youthful we have less tendency to gain lot of weight with age weight gain certainly increases so now she needs to have much more strict diet than she had when she was younger
She doesn’t eat everything she only eats healthy and workout with good exercise and yoga to maintain the weight. Only sometimes she eats jalebi type food
