I'd argue that is a bit of an assumption. It seems to me, Peter understood God was offering him animals that were traditionally considered "unclean." To suggest it was only the clean animals proximity to the unclean animals isn't provable from the text, and, from my understanding, the rest of the New Testament doesn't support. The Apostles, through the Holy Spirit, agreed in Acts 15 not to require the Gentiles to follow the Jewish laws, and Paul suggests in Romans 14:14 that no food is unclean of itself Act 10:13 And there came a voice to him: “Rise, Peter; kill and eat.” Act 10:14 But Peter said, “By no means, Lord; for I have never eaten anything that is common or unclean.” What texts from the Bible do you believe support your view? Would you say the dietary laws only apply to Jewish believers? Or to all believers?

@@2BeLikeChrist Actually, it's not an assumption, it's a reality. You can see this for yourself by watching our video (Video #8) on Acts 10. Moreover, contrary to your assertions, neither Acts 15, or Romans 14, support your contentions. In fact, we have a video on Romans 14 (Video #13), as well. And, as for Acts 15? Leviticus 20:25-26 NRSV (25) You shall therefore make a distinction between the clean animal and the unclean, and between the unclean bird and the clean; you shall not bring abomination on yourselves by animal or by bird or by anything with which the ground teems, which I have set apart for you to hold unclean. (26) You shall be holy to me; for I the LORD am holy, and I have separated you from the other peoples to be mine.

That scripture ties in with everything important. Acts 3:19-21 kjb says those jews sins are not blotted out till after the tribulation. This backs up why Acts 2 kjb says their sins are only in remission/temporary forgiveness. Hebrews 8:7-13 kjb and Jer 31:31-34 also back this up that Israels sins won’t be forgiven till after tribulation and thats when they receive their new covenant after those days which is tribulation. Paul says we are complete in God, all trespasses forgiven and more. This is definitely a problem for anyone trying to put the body of Christ into Israels program having to endure to the end and such. If you don’t forgive your brother God will not forgive you. If anyone believes they are under Israels program then its a real problem for them.

@kevinboutwell2243 mystical body of christ , whoever calls on the name shall be saved, whether jew gentile Greek or Spanish or Mongolian etc, whoever believes and is filled with the holy ghost saved be saved. It's simple not a calculus problem. Where did you get your masters and PhD from?
