49:22 "takes, takes, takes, takes, takes, takes, takes, takes, takes, takes, takes, takes, takes, takes and now I have an extra pawn in the endgame" LOL WHAT
Not to encourage click bait, but...if you title this "Armageddon Hikaru vs. Magnus," you'll get a higher click-through rate for sure lol. Also, I played my first blitz game last night, and it was so difficult. I can't even imagine what it must be like to play at such a high level. Incredible games!
yes but not exactly, its not a problem of statistics, its a problem of low understanding of statistics, maybe Kramnik doesnt even have a single credit point :)
Hikaru must ask Kramnik what he thinks about a bad series of hikaru's games (like 14 games with 6 losses against 2300-2400 fide rated players, like a recent bad series of blitz games Hikaru played may 10). Because Kramnik will then have to admit a huge number of online blitz games does not represent always exactly a player's strenght (which is all the matter here). He will not admit that, then he will probably not answer, because he knows that if he says "Hikaru is indeed a 2300 player", or "Hikaru losses intentionnaly" (the only logic answers within his own logic), this will make all of us laugh.
hikaru farmed lower rated players, so it's not an achievement nor interesting... Hikaru just lowering his standards and therefore struggling when it mattered the most like in the candidates
You mean how does playing over and over prove it? Well he's consistently playing good faster than even the engine, since the engine wouldn't have time to calculate the best move. So playing good over and over especially in low time incriminates proves he isn't using an engine.
