I’ve done both. & I will never unless, is family related and had no choice to work days. Days as yes you sleep at night [idc] it’s more mentally and physically exhausting. Nurses are more miserable (days). You work soo much more. PT/OT/Family members utrition/ admissions &+ discharges, management up your a**.. the list can continue. My big thing was the discharge and admissions back to back. Night shift all day!, for life lol.

I use many recruiters. I would start by looking on fb for a contract you want and directly messaging them
