Fun fact that I learned in PT school: if you ever feel dizzy or like the room is spinning, you can jump up and down for a little bit and that should reset your vestibular system, which is that little organ in your ear that is in charge of your balance

Hey I just thought about it, but if you’re always forgetting things when you travel just get an extra one for your travel bag. I do that with toiletries and it’s so helpful.

Jenn, I always keep a packing list in my phones's "notes", and I tweak it for different trips in the bottom section. The top sections is categorized by item types. Found it useful, cuz I can pack unthinkingly, following down the list:) hope this helps!! I travel a lot for work and for my vacay.

I love walking around when in NYC too. We did Midtown to the top part of Upper East Side, all the way to Union Square Park and back to Midtown. In one day!

If you have a to-do or list app of some kind I recommend creating a template packing list which you can just check off every time you travel since you do it so often ✈️
