@@oasisplays515this type of habit made me unconsciously deaf to "i need healing" voice line. Since i had enough moments where one was spamming the line while only lost 20hp and playing non dive character and i'm focusing half dead tank to keep him up. And it's from ow1 times. *usually when i play ana I even made horrible habit of switching healing orbs in expense of my reload times when i play as zen. So it often ends up my reload time 2 to 3 times longer than it should be.

Nahhh, as a support main, the thing that made me annoy with request healing is when you spam it despite you're full health, I dont mind peeling a bit to shoot and you got hurt a bit and ask for heal, but when You're full health, You're in cover, and spam healing for no reason, thats what got me, because it will distracted me on where and what i need to focus on

as a support main, yeah it's my JOB to heal ( not healbot tho wtf ) and if my team pings for heals I heal? Why the hell would you get upset over that? I really don't believe the Lucio threw cause of that, maybe got tilted about sometihng else but that's really stupid to get up over getting a ping about heals. The only issue I could see is if dps was constantly spamming for heals when they're 1hp short. Then yeah I would get a little annoyed with that. Nah, there's more to that story.

He got annoyed most likely because he was playing DPS lucio. His ego got hurt when someone asked for heals, he pressed tab and realized that the Kiri had 20k more healing than him (lucio had around 4k). This is just a different type of mental breakdown from the one in the beginning of the video.

10:10 tbh i dont mind if people ask for healing, i dont get those who take it personal lmfao. I just turn around for a sec, heal, and go back to whatever i was doing. But if someone spams i need healing WHILE they're being healed, it gets annoying but i dont care enough to throw the game, i just heal them

I don't request healing unless the entire game is resting on if I get a bit of healing or not, otherwise, I don't request much cuz I've seen people throw. Sometimes I'll think I took 150+ dmg when it was chip, or I ping healing after I receive it, and then the support just throws the entire match. I have to feel-out the support teammate before asking anything of them, cuz a surprising amount would rather see you lose than your entire team win.

8:33 Jay doesn't understand the ego of non-high rank players. This is a frequent occurrence in quickplay and it's like they think you're insulting their awareness or something by asking for heals. Supports are catered to WAY too much and I don't just mean in-game. Challenges for Supports are titled "the real heroes," phrases like "don't forget to endorse your supports" have been popular for ages, and even the devs find it necessary to apologize BEFOREHAND when handing out nerfs to Supports. It's wild.

Also, you act like high rank players don't have ego's as well. I doubt any support who would stop healing someone because they spam I need healing (when they're already getting plenty of healing when needed) is doing it cause they feel like it's an insult to their awareness, more like it's just because it's annoying and unnecessary.
