This was a really useful video. I've been a Superman since the first day of the Beta, and I'm only now realizing how excellent Dlight really is. I need to be using that in my combos a LOT more. Good stuff, dude, thank you!

why they keep nerfing superman in every fucking patch man. been playing him since day 1. Was a top 20 superman for a while. i personally think he is already trash. yet every single patch, they nerf him so often it's frustrating man

the only real nerf was the 4 frames of whiff punish on his up air. Wasn't too bad imo. I feel like Superman is a low A or high B tier fighter. No reason to touch him yet. Once the S tiers get nerfed, i think he'll be pretty decent in the meta.

@@McDankGames they’ve nerfed him every patch. It’s bad enough they took the directional throws away. But they constantly add whiff frames or on hit delay frames. While ignoring actual problem characters. It’s freaking annoying.

Do you know how to attack cancel? Is it down dodge? Do you have to tilt the stick down diagonally to a certain angle? If i want to cancel in the air, is it down dodge or neutral dodge?

instant air dodge? You dodge diagonally up and instantly input an attack to do an air attack basically on the ground.

@@amadodabeast timing is very strict for an instant air dodge. I'd recommend hopping into practice and just labbing it until its muscle memory

@@McDankGames thank you for your advice. One more thing: when you run out of stamina, does the iad not work on the ground afterwards or is the timing different?
