Actually using Larpa + Propane tank

I made a comment on his video where he showed off this combination for the first time that it "looks safe" and that he should definitely use it as his main weapon. I believe the quote and the video are a response to that.

​@@mihael64 You're more correct than you think, just dodge! In none of the clips, also the ones that I didn't show, did I ever use the explosion immunity perk. Propane tanks are (relatively) safe if you position well around them :D

As horrible as this is to see it does help a little right? since if you fire this you dont want to be anywhere near it so the only thing to worry about would be the gas, which you evaporate immeadiately using the perk

According to a comment I saw somewhere, there's different classifications of deaths based on, basically, how much at fault you were. Since you didn't know any better and the game decided it was time for you to die: Noita'd

​@Mythraen Actually, Noita'd is only if it couldn’t have been avoided regardless of skill. What occurred for them was what we call a 'skill issue'.

@@cortster12 Knowledge is not skill. What skill tells a brand new player that Explosion of Brimstone is centered on your character? None. So it's not a skill issue.

@Mythraen Knowledge IS skill in Noita. That's how you get better at the game. Also, skill issue is a running gag in the community.

Well, nukes are a separate thing in noita. These are more akin to chemical weapons

The gas fire perk does basically that :) Although surprisingly I took almost no damage throughout this run, from vapor or explosions

Yup, or just Nolla Propane Tank. Not as fun as a larpa, though.

Believe it or not, throughout my entire run I cast this wand many times and not once did I get caught in an explosion. It was legitimately more viable than I anticipated

@@winnie3334 I still think the freezing vapor is too dangerous. All it takes is one tele or swapping mage to the the run

A swap mage in freezing vapor would die before he gets a chance to shoot me :p But some random teleportatium could be lethal yeah

Don't larpa modifiers limit max lifetime? Doesn't necessarily mean that limit has already been reached here, but adding more lifetime might not be as effective as it might seem

I believe you're correct. Larpa-spawned spells also do not take over modifiers, so even if the original tank has a longer lifespan the first larpa one will still explode right away

It fills the world with rocks. Too many rocks. So many rocks that the game will crash every time you load that area.

Yes, there is the 'gas burn' perk which burns any gasses in a radius around you. You might take a bit of fire damage but it basically protects you entirely from the gas
