Sir ek info chahiye. Tdbfp suction aur discharge pe jo ammonia fixing pump hi wo kaam kaise karta hi. Uska discharge pr kareeb 60 bar hi to wo feed pump diska discharge 300 bar hi uspe dose kaise kar pata hi. Me ammonia dozing pump ka discharge pr jayda sochta tha but aaj maine uska rating dekha to 60 bar likah tha Feed dump ka suction pr kareeb 25 kg aur discharge 300kg to kaisa kaam karta hi. Ammonia dozing suction aur discharge pe dono jagah pump ke mechanical seal cooling water jo jactek cooling ke lie jata hi uspe inject karta hi thoda explain kariye isko. Thanks ks in advance
Very nice explain but some quarries, PL reply 1.This type of assembly used for Siemens OR Triveni Turbine or any type. 2. Also secondary oil flowing continuesly or when load changes. 3. Control piston rotating continuesly or when load changing. Thank you
Just a correction. Secondary oil does not pass through the tangential holes. Main control oil passes thru these holes for pilot piston's rotation and its flow is controlled by an adjusting screw.

Because secondary Oil inlet from a pin hole which is provided below part of pilot piston, when piston rotates during hole Infront of secondary Oil passage then oil inlet to the pilot piston,
