@@evancraig11 I love it bro. I’ve daily driven mine for almost 2 years now with zero issues. 9th gens are just as great for daily cars. I recommend 110% brotha. 🤝🏼
@@chvpobuilt thats what I like to here. recently was driving my sister 8th gen, non si car tho. Really like how it drives, I can imagine si is 1000x better. Definitely gonna pick one up eventually. good thing is it if it blows up, K series are so cheap, easy swap in lol
Honestly looking to track my car this year all that’s done to my fa5 - HR shifter Base & shift cable bushings - Function + Form Type 2 Coilovers - Hondata Flashpro - AEM SRI - magnaflow muffler - Acuity Fuel Rail I also have 09-11 facelift with hfp lip and mugen rep sideskirt already painted ready to put on the car along with some Rpf1s I recently bought. Looking to get a CAI and Skunk2 headers soon.
Building an 8th Gen but not Si. Subbed and liked! Current spec, r18a1 engine, ksport street coils, rota mxr-f 17s wheels, HKS chambered bolt-on axle-back exhaust. Planning to upgrade my shifter to a weighted raceseng ashiko shifter and acuity shifter bushings, planning change color to arctic blue pearl to make it look like a dc5 😂
Supercharged 8th gen sedan, currently getting wrapped in a pearl blue 🎉 rpf1s, interior bits like a 10.1 CarPlay radio from ole maxpeedingrods and 9th gen front and rear seats

I've experienced using a hybrid racing short shifter on a civic 8th gen, for me if you care about speed when changing gears, the standard gear shifter is the best... I think the concept of acuity short shifter is the same as hybrid racing, only different in terms of appearance and style only. I don't think this short shifter is fast enough on the race track...what do you think?

My stuff is totally stock. Cold air intake, and a crappy stereo. I plan to buy a cx racing turbo kit. Though after I replace the driver door that got side swiped and got ditched.

@@boosted_john yessir I’ll add in 25 pull ups to I’ve been trying to find the motivation to workout and oddly enough being called a beast is very motivating 🔥🔥
I’m 6’3. Yes it will 100% help you reach. That is one of the most annoying things about the stock si shifter for me. It’s so far away if you’re tall lol. This shifter helps with that a lot.
All I've done to my 06 si..,, coil overs, stocks went out, changed all sensors, 2nd and 3rd syncros and 4th sleeve, new clutch and flywheel, new breaks and rotors, I hate this car. My 97 EK has a B16 sir swap, header back exhaust on coils overs, on bronze 16s, has new white wrap, ordered new red carpet and red ERG seats. TypeR replica kinda
