I want to do this but is it something that i have to keep continue to do and how many times should i do this on a day. also should i have to do all of them to have effect or i could just do one of these or two of these. also does something happen if i stop doing this if it was a routine. Hi, these points actually work also for stress anxiety. Doing self massage of these points activates our parasympathetic nervous system which lowers anxiety AND helps to dilate blood vessels, which leads to lower blood pressure.

@@BreathNow_app I appreciate what you are trying to do. The three strep video worked the very first time and I was very happy but then stopped working after that. I am going to focus on it and see if I can change anything and I will get back to you. My blood pressure can go up through meditation also. I am sure it is my individual situation and not the general rule.

Really. Is this an medical solution? Hypertension has divers causes. Such as calcification. No way you can dissolve that with this pressure points. Activating only your parasympatic system is partly one step. So you need to know what is the main cause or what bad diet degenerated your blood vessels.

Hi, are you asking about the names of these points? To be honest - I am not sure about their proper names. I tried many different points using the charts available on internet and found that these particular points worked best for me. Judging by the feedback to this video they also work for 90%+ of subscribers.

I just did exercising with you Sir. Thank you very much. My high blood pressure is still high since my car accident 4 days ago. Doctor advised me to see him after 1 week ,he may increase the dosage of my medication and if possible I don't like it.

If you high blood pressure is caused by anxiety, these calming exercises (breathing, meditation, acupressure) should work very well for you

Today I checked my BP. It's 180/110. Doc has advised some medication to reduce it but I know once I start the med it will become my life long partner. I will do your accupressure points excercise and see if this works. I don't want to get dependent on meds. Can you help me.

I would listen to your doctor and combine prescribed medication with this exercise. Hopefully with time your doctor will agree to lower the medication does if this exercise works for you

Last two points on the back of the head and in the middle of the chest are extremely tender and painful... wonder why that is...

Hi, thanks for your question. Sensitivity of different acupressure points vary from person to person. I would suggest to try different points to see which ones work better for you. In any case you should apply only enough pressure so it feels just a bit uncomfortable, but it should NEVER be painful. Hope it helps!

Wow, I just followed along with you, as my systolic reading was at 178 and when I measured after, it had dropped to 147. Thank you so much. I have always had healthy blood pressure (117/80), and took myself to hospital a few days ago with a systolic reading of 196. Deep gratitude and respect to you.

Thank you so much. I'm on a 40 days and nights abstinence from alcohol. I've had a flu like virus for the last 13 days which has made this a real challenge, and on top of that, my BP has spiked several times into the hypertensive arena (I've had hypertensive crises before, but I managed to reduce my BP medication by moderating my drinking last summer - I'm very fit and healthy apart from the amount that I drink - to a quarter). I was so disappointed when I saw my readings rising up to the danger level again but think that one factor is how anxious I get when I see high readings. I've just done two of your videos and I have found them fantastic. Thank you. I'll definitely add this to my routine. Thanks again.
