Acute stroke case with tortuous anatomy 

Acute stroke case with tortuous anatomy, we used Walrus balloon guiding in high cervical ICA along with a stent retriever. Worked very well. Having a large bore balloon guiding a catheter-like Walrus can be a game changer! I feel it avoids the need for the Solumbra technique in many situations.
