Cinzia, myvegan choc peanut caramel protein powder is insane I crave it.. but you have to get the myprotein hazelnut and white choc drops and do a few drops of each and its gorgeous, also the white choc rasp flavour Is soooo good with the vanilla drops is so refreshing

I’ve had a smear and I didn’t even feel it the ‘worst’ part was how cold the speculum was! Literally didn’t feel a thing. And you don’t get a mammogram unless they suspect you have breast cancer or any issues with your breasts.

We used to get smears when we were 18 or when we became sexually active! 25 is really late to have one as you can have cervical cancer at any age! Mammograms are over 51 so double your age ... they are both every 3 years until until death unless you have a hysterectomy and have the cervix removed. I am shocked that being women that speak about women that you both know zero about women's health.

It doesn't hurt at all, it is slightly uncomfortable if you haven't had sex for a while but if not it is a walk in the park!

Had my first smear test a few months ago and it’s genuinely not bad at all, they just ask you to be relaxed and put your hips up a bit, then a minute later it’s all done. You have to be relaxed though…if you need a tip I sang Mysterious Girl in my head 😂

In Croatia we get a smear test as soon as you turn 18 and do it on a yearly basis. So I’ve done it plenty of times now not bad at all just relax and it goes by super fast

In the US it’s common to have a Pap smear after you have your period. I have had one every year since I was 16 and I’m 37 now. It’s no big deal.

work in family medicine and smears are 21-65yrs, every three years (if normal). mammo screening typically starts at age 40 :)

They send you your smear test letter 6 months before your 25th birthday. It’s not bad at all I was scared but I barely felt a thing. You’ll be fine and you got this!

I have had 2 smear tests. It's honestly not bad. Just try and relax and it takes a few seconds. As a nurse having cared for ladies in their 30s with terminal illness the minute the letter comes through, please book!

Cinzia, I had my first smear last year and it was over within 5mins (couple of questions and swabbing) honestly doesn't hurt and is only slightly uncomfortable but its over before you know it don't worry x
