Contact a local dry cleaners and ask for a seamstress who will do alterations on your lined slacks. I’m sure it would be worth it to get them tailored.

Tanya that cute top is NOT loud, hahaha. With the vintage pants dont just wear a boring tight black crop, wear a vintage gorgeous flattering top, or even something modern but something just as gorgeous to match the pants!!!
