"Adam Adamowicz (1968-2012) was a video game concept artist, best known for his work on Fallout 3 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim with Bethesda Game Studios since 2007. He worked with Jaleco Entertainment, Inc. between 2002-2003. He grew up on Long Island, New York. Adamowicz died from complications of lung cancer on Feb. 9 , 2012. He was 43."

dude everybody start off sucks, including any greatest concept artist out there. Just start drawing! and there's a ton of concept art educational videos on youtube, there's no reason for you to feel discouraged.
