The Bowie impression is matchless

We don't generally associate Adam with mimicry/impressions/impersonations in the same way we do with people like Steve Coogan, Peter Serafinowicz or Peter Sellers. But Adam's Bowie, when he's really seriously on it, is as uncannily, freakishly accurate as Coogan's Kinnock, Peter Serafinowicz's Terry Wogan and Sellers' Humphrey Bogart.

Adam and Joe you are wonderful I'm sure Bowie listened and had a chuckle to himself now and then...this really cheered me up after a week of carrying around a lump in my throat and a pain in my chest whenever I think about Bowie, which is most of the time!

There’s so much gold in this video but I hear, “I’VE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING QUITE AS WRONG AS THAT!” *so* often, rattling around my old noggin, in response to anything even mildly infeasible.

A lot of people say that David Bowie starred in Labyrinth, but I saw it that Labyrinth starred in David Bowie.

I wish I could do an impression of Bowie talking as spot on as Adam does. I can picture all the little nuances in my mind - the bassy, nasal, almost Woganesque narcotic drawl, the zeds replacing the esses, the ridiculously florid vocabulary - but I just can't make my mouth make these sounds :(
