you most definetly can. once you flip your cranks, your pedals will be the wrong way forward. you can remove the pedals, and switch axles so that you basically invert them.
unless you got shadow cranks you can just flip the sprocket so if u wana get lhd just get shadow cranks you might change your mind and want them on the right

flipping your cranks will cause your pedals to back out while you ride. so id say no. if you have no other option you can thread lock your pedals in but its gonna be almost impossible to ever take them out.
study your history sukka think for a sec s&m were the first rider ran company most companies send designs off too taiwan and have their frames made for 19 dollars at least s&m put care and attention into it and not just made in a machine
