It's no secret that Adam's a big fan of Chewbacca. So for his newest cosplay build, Adam revamps his Chewie costume to carry an animatronic threepio, as depicted in The Empire Strikes Back. It's going to require a bit of disassembly, engineering, and problem-solving to turn two costumes into one that's still wearable!

3PO was not dismantled by a robot factory on Bespin. He was shot by storm troopers. The robot facort was on Mygeeto. Trivial i know, but still felt is should be addressed. Love you Adam!

You might consider making the C3p0 backpack more like a backpacking frame rather than a day pack. You might try making a thick waist belt that carries most of the weight....leaving your shoulders more for stabilization. It might be more comfortable.

12:44 I see you struggle with that part. If I have that problem, I get one of my kids to do it. A lot smaller hands than I. It’s usually my 9yr old daughter. She loves this kind of thing. A very “girly” girl but whenever I get Lego out, she sits right in front of me (just like a dog waiting patiently for a treat, with the stare. I’m sure she uses some sort of telepathy) until I say “wanna help”. Then she turns into Lego ninja and I usually end up doing something else.

HI Adam...It's great to see you still building things like you did in the MYTHBUSTERS,...Hey so I was wandering why the MYTHBUSTERS show was canceled? The show was an awesome way to do and teach SCIENCE for the whole family and not just for dumbies like some TV show out there are for the sake of just dangerous things and not explain what safety measures to take and why...and if any time you or the others got hurt, that showed way you have to take the safety measures.

Fun fact: In the scene the prop department accidentally put a second right arm in the net on Chewies back, not the left one ;) And the head movement was executed through fishing wires which have been connected from C-3POs head to the left and right of Chewies weapon, so every time they filmed the back view with C-3PO, Peter Mayhew was actually moving the blaster to move C-3PO's head.

Same goes for their Kylo Ren. I made a Kylo Ren outfit that isn't perfect to the film yet is better than the one you can see up close at Disney's Hollywood Studios. It's likely due to their cast members comfortability foremost as well as the cost to produce the costumes.
