3:10 Notice how no young Philly street rappers get interviews just because Meek Mill might not like it. That goes way before and way broader than just Quilly. That's been the biggest travesty with Meek in general. He never puts Philly rappers on but he is on record stopping them from getting on. When he blew up in the early 2010s, he pulled up the ladder from underneath him. Before Meek, Philly always had multiple top street rappers. Quilly complained about Meek copyright-striking and taking down Quilly's album a few years ago right when Quilly had his biggest buzz. A whole album taken down just because of _one_ song. Even Phat Geez, who was recently gunned down, was complaining to his friends about Meek blackballing him. Oschino of State Property literally helped Meek's career but when he blew up Meek stopped associating with him.
