We are heading to the Cordoba region of Alto Guadalquivir, where Adamuz is located, a town located at the foot of Sierra Morena, with an interesting historical heritage and surrounded by a spectacular natural environment. We will make a photographic escape to capture the Iberian fauna that takes refuge in this area and we will attend the impressive spectacle of the bellowing. We will also learn to make artisan cheeses and taste the delicious cuisine of this mountain town.
