They shouldn't have introduced Vande Sadharan in the first place! Instead replace all trains with Vande Bharat Sleepers with decreased cost of travel. Non-AC travel in 2023 isn't world class for the fastest growing economy in the world.

I think it is good train to run through rural areas and small cities because they can't afford vande bharat and vande bharat even don't stops on small stations. And i think governments plant is to run rrts around metroplitan cities of distance 100-300km, vande bharat is for over 300-500 km, bullet train is for more than 500km for major stations, and vande sadharan will run through small stations for long journeys
