In Part 19 of Pasture Project’s video series on adaptive grazing, we focus on paddock construction and highlight the relatively short amount of time required to construct and deconstruct several paddocks over the course of a day. Thanks to Dr. Allen Williams (Pasture Project & Grass Fed Insights, LLC), Judy and Steve Freeman (Woods Fork Cattle Company), and Ted Krauskopf (Hickory Flat Cattle Company) for their contributions to this video.

Wow that Texas outfit must be something to see. Is there any video of it anywhere? I think the 300 to 500 herds are impressive on a paddock move I can't even imagine 7000 rowdy stockers, haha.

If the cattle are grazing on a sorghum sudan millet mix and it's much higher, do you need to lay it flat for the wire line?
