I might add: 1. Ashwagandha & 2. Moringa powders Use those in my tea along with tumeric, apple cider vinegar and manuka honey, for various flavor and health goals!!
Kudos to you for creating such an informative and engaging video. I was recently shocked when I found a forbidden book on Borlest called Whispers of Manifestation . trust me, guys, I have never seen anything like it in my life. From secret dark strategies to some unbelievable ideas. Trust me on this, find the book.
Before I pour my morning organic Ethiopia coffee in my ceramic mug, I shake organic ginger spice, organic cinnamon spice, organic Turmeric, organic Black pepper then pour the coffee using a strainer, then stir and enjoy. The coffee grounds are placed around my roses, and other plants in my garden that no poisons are ever used. A pinch of coffee grounds around my orchids are also beneficial to the plants.
I was not raised in the Zen or Buddhist philosophy. I was raised as a Methodist Christian black girl in NYC. Yet each and every herb and spice you spoke of was eaten in our home. Ginger tea for our tummy ache. Cinnamon and clove on our sweet potatoes. The smell of coffee in the morning before school was delightful. Basil , nutmeg and vanilla were staples in my mother’s cooking. Your communication gave me more reason to understand just how connected we all are. Thank you for the mindfulness, ease and grace I get to choose each and every day as I honor my Spirit!
Thank you I have tried cloves on its own ginger and Sinmi stick and bale leafe and it's help my immune system and I try lemon with hot water and its good thank you very much for your help joyce
The tumeric becomes 2000% more effective if we add a pinch if black pepper... Also using organic powdered coconut milk adds some oil which helps to assimilate the tumeric.. 🎉
Not sure if the blk pepper or not, but for some reason Many don't believe in this formation with Turmeric/blk pepper combined. But it does Work and Very well!!@@SowingSeedsWithChristy
Most of our illnesses begin in our mouths. And then it’s a pill for every ill. But most of us have these spices mentioned in our kitchens. I also add fenugreek, moringa, cumin seeds and apple cider vinegar in my tea. It works magic for me. Blessings from Trinidad 🇹🇹 ❤
Chai tea has some of these ingredients ( cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, black tea and an extra star aniseed) to which you could add the turmeric and milk to make it “golden milk”
Chai actually means "tea" it has various recipes...side note you are actually saying tea tea. Look up various chai recipes and you will see various ways of making it. I'm not picking on you I've made the same mistake before I did some research on recipes. Happy tea drinking 😊
🌷 Thank you very much for your video… it was very calming and informative. Some people were upset that there was no recipe …. With something like this, one puts a little of this, and a little of that into their tea cup (I add things to Macha tea) It is ‘TO TASTE’ … Create something that you like and that you will actually drink! 😊 You could make it different every day… it’s up to you. I have forced myself to get used to different flavors and tastes. I’m not a big fan of ginger but it’s so healthy for me that I put a little bit in my tea… Turmeric is a bit bitter- to me, but I put it in my tea anyway. I consider this my healthy morning meditative tea - Lol - I also have several mushroom powders I add on different days. (from Azure Standard) Oh, also, google what powdered cloves (amazon) that you put into a ‘carrier’ oil can do for your face! I’m trying in my old age :-) to eat only ‘super foods’ … I’m getting better at it, unless someone puts cheesecake under my nose! 😳 Be ‘open-minded’ and Bless your hearts 🥰
Robinr, thanks for people like you, the video klips have interesting ideas but sure are long winded and beat around the bushes, jungles and undergrowth.😂
@@eswaribalan164I usually get as much out of reading the comments as I do the video. And I also appreciate how about some podcasters use us as monitors to keep their comments section clean add free of trolls and such.
@@luciennelombard6168It's the same voice I've heard on about 16 different channels 😂😂😂 Facts aren't negative unless you are attached to a fake reality. Better get used to it, it's only going to get worse. Lol😅
Who knew a few simple ingredients could hold such transformative power? Thanks for unraveling the secrets of ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and turmeric! Can't wait to sprinkle some magic into my morning routine! 🌟☕
The word of God in the Bible is wisdom and knowledge our God said the fruit of the trees will be your food and the leaves there of your herbs. Did he not say the leaves were for the healing of the Nations. Read your Bible and listen to the words of God and your body will be healed. This is the ancient and true Truth. Follow Jesus Christ and you will have peace. Bless the name of the Lord. Peace and blessings to all who love the Lord 🙏🏼🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️

Very close to what I drink daily-weak green tea with Ginger,Ceylon cinnamon, rose buds, lemon. One a week I use Ceylon back tea! :P Great breakdown, and narratives.
Every single ingredient in this video is something I've used in various combinations and, I counted like 8 or 9 ingredients so far on the list here, a bit more than 5.
Your video has been well appreciated, thanks for the reminder of teas we knew but forgot the benefits.Thank you for taking me back to natural remedies and leave most of the popular and familiar medications prescribe by the Medical Practitioners.

Amen ❤ 🙏 for the words from the bible and all the Bush that grows on the face of the earth is good for every perpos of the human body better than tablets
I have read in several places that black pepper aids in bringing out the benefits of tumeric and other spices. I already use all spices listed. Smoothies, tea, and coffee.
@@onyekachi4917 The first five from the video go into a tea, the rest into coffee. For tea add a half of a teaspoon each (I use ground spices), plus one teaspoon of tea leaves to a pot containing 1,5 cups of cold water. Bring to boil and let it simmer, with the lid on, for 15-20 minutes - depending how strong you like your tea. Strain into a cup through a sieve and add milk of your choice or drink it black if you prefer. It's like making chai really, it's easy and once you find the exact ratio of spices you enjoy it's a very satisfying drink to have too. It's like making chai really.
@@theclumsyprepper where are you writing from please? I'm a Nigerian living in Nigeria. Apart from ginger and clove, I don't know the other herbs. How can I identify them? I believe they are organic so I don't think going to a supermarket will be the best. Should I go to the local market I don't know how to identify them as these names wouldn't be names they are called in the local market.
@@onyekachi4917 Going to your local market will probably be your best bet, someone surely will either stock them or know where to find them. Look those spices up online and you should be able to find what they are called in Nigeria.
