Include Attachments includes ALL attachments. With a BR you can sort by created on and limit to 1 to send the last attachment. You don't want to send 10 attachment each time an attachment is added :)
No. I'm talking about ADDING attachments to the sys_email table so the they get sent as physical attachments. The attachments come from some other source record.
