I created the build following the same steps as yours, but when i am trying to deploy it onto ec2 instance, it shows error in the BeforeInstall stage showing : "CodeDeploy agent was not able to receive the lifecycle event. Check the CodeDeploy agent logs on your host and make sure the agent is running and can connect to the CodeDeploy server. "
can you pls explain the "artifact file: " commands in Buildspec file. i am stuck there for last 3 days. generate artifacts in s3 build is successful but cannot locate in s3
After applying all the steps as suggested by you in codebuild projects, everything is showing successful in build status , but demo-app.zip file is not build in s3

In build you try to install package. Let know the use of package. And in build stage we are not using any compute . Then where you are installing package

y Code Commit repository is created in root account..is it necessary? can't it be created by a user account? can user create his own repository? also can you share the yaml file. showing error
Hey there, I was trying to setup codebuild artifacts following the video but when I perform codebuild it doesn't create a zip file in the S3 Bucket at the end but just has HTML file in the bucket. @TrainWIthSubham : While creating a repository for a new User Facing the issue as per new policy from AWS: CreateRepository request is not allowed because there is no existing repository in this AWS account or AWS Organization.Can u please help
