Honestly, not too shabby of a concept! I've seen the idea for an endless mode in Salmon Run thrown around quite a bit recently, and I think this adds quite a bit to said idea. I especially like the risk/reward aspects of it, with the possibility of teammates dropping out every checkpoint and the whole "you just straight up lose all your rewards if you're too reckless" tidbit.
I think that it will be a story continuation of salmon run. in the first salmon run, salmonoids go on land every 700 years (which is why it sometimes will close) but maybe in splatoon 3, they could adapt/evolve, so they change quite a bit, and now they go on land way more frequently. this would allow salmon run to be open at all times without adding plot holes, and it would be able to still have brand new stuff and change existing stuff.
THE 4TH WAVE IS THE HIT TAKE IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ‼‼‼ That would honestly be such a cool concept and could potentially function as hazard level max? Idk, funky idea
This was fantastic idea that I see the Splatoon team adding as it fits their way of doing things, I also wanted to add you have an editing style of a youtuber with 100k+ subs despite only having 237! Only thing I would recommend is a newer mic like the Fifine T669 ($50), and your videos would be NEXT LEVEL! Keep up the grind and I am sure you will blow up soon!
@@Flare1 Thank you for the kind words, and the mic suggestion! My next upgrade will definitely be in the audio category for sure (just gotta save up!) I use VideoPad to edit! It's very cheap, simplistic and user-friendly, but limited on what you can do with it (and wonky at times). I don't know much about Vegas Pro 16, but it's probably better than VideoPad haha. I was thinking of upgrading to DaVinci Resolve in the future, though I'm not sure yet!
Ooo I would like to have this concept it seems fun and it will be such a challenge to get to top 500 unless >:) we do it the hard way ( by the hard way we stay playing until either the control or our fingers break) I would like to see if mr grizz true identity even if he’s a radio and maybe to bring back old maps from 2 folders :)
I can’t believe you don’t have more subscribers. Your quality is fantastic and I’m excited to see your channel grow! Question: will you be posting gameplay or live streams on here or ttv?
Thank you so much! My channel is only 2 weeks old, so I'm still just trying to find my sea legs! And to answer your question, yes I'd love to post gameplay with commentary/ host full streams one day! I don't have the proper equipment for it currently, but it's definitely on my bucket list. :]
Your ideas and concepts about splatoon are so refreshing, I always see people talking about "endless mode salmon run" or "apartments" but rarely do they elaborate on the ideas. Even better, I feel like the ideas you put forward are actually really fitting for the game, hopefully nintendo's employees manage to show the same creativity with splatoon 3 :)
all I wanted... was a mode with a different color pallete, i'm sick of the oranges and greens being the only things in that mode, and it annoys me, why can't there be more colors in the backgrounds, more ink variety, etc
It's still a possibility, however slim! Hope that Nintendo slips the rug out from underneath us and surprises us with something we're not expecting haha
So an optional endless mode with more goodies :O Interesting🤔 I've actually come up with something similar, but it's more akin to a dedicated 'Endurance' mode. This mode would have 3 difficulties and you'd play through 25 continuous waves meeting quotas like you normally do... but there's a catch. Depending on the difficulty your playing on, the quota cap would go beyond the old limit of 25 and reach upwards of 45 eggs per wave! Now to compensate for such an insane task put before you, you'd be able to CHOOSE your weapon from a small arsenal provided to you by Mr. Grizz. That and the inclusion of wearable abilities to make things go that little bit smoother would make for a nice experience overall. But what about rewards? Well, my initial idea is wearable Salmon Run gear in multiplayer once you've passed the first 5 waves in any difficulty. But going beyond wave 10 would unlock special versions of that gear that are painted a nice metallic bronze, silver or gold depending on the difficulty you played! And the amount of paint on said gear would increase the more waves that you've completed in a certain difficulty until they're all nice and shiny! And in addition to that! You would also gain actual experience towards your level in this mode as well, which is kinda fitting for how much pain you will be put through in this version of an Endurance mode >:)
I know this is off topic, but this is a really great video! You have really good editing skills and the whole thing was enjoyable to watch. Just a few minor things stuck out to me. You may want to invest in an actual mic or record somewhere where there is less echo. Your voice sounds very echoy and tinny, so going somewhere that’ll insulate sound like a closet would help. Another thing is to watch your audio balancing. The “dings” are a lot louder than your voice so it was kind of jarring haha. Besides that, great concept, great work, and keep it up!
I appreciate the feedback! I don't have a mic at this time (or even a capture card lol), but I will definitely try recording in an enclosed space, and be sure to double check my volume levels before publishing, too!
