Add WhatsApp Channel to your Power Virtual Agent 

This video runs through some of the steps in my previous blog post to verify and confirm that the blog post is stilll valid. To configure the WhatsApp channel for your Power Virtual Agent bot, allows the reach to the Power Virtual Agent from a wide list of WhatsApp contacts. We revisit the blog post and follow the 4 key steps to add the WhatsApp Channel to a Power Virtual Agent bot.
1. Collect required parameters from a Power Virtual Agent
2. Create o Clone the Relay Bot application from my GitHub repo
3. Configure the appsettings.json with the values we have collected from the PVA
4. Test and Run Relay Bot and configure the Twilio WhatsApp Sandbox
