Damn, that bus is a nice setup. The sewing machine brings back memories. I sewed in the Marine Corps and made seat covers for the presidents' visit overseas.

Victor is the bomb! He did a great job and that was really nice of him to let you film him at his craft.

I love the use of the bus as a mobil shop. If you can avoid breaking a window, working with natural daylight makes you the envoy of every other upholstery expert out there. Every upholstery shop I’ve ever seen is a dark dungeon. Also love that truck, wish I had the cash for a roller like that.

Q, this is JT from Richmond, Va. I see you my brother, looking good. I got a 09 F150 Lariat, I brought it as a 2 year old and still got her looking good. Mine came with leather seats. I just want to say don't forget to use leather conditioner on the seats, it will keep them from drying out and cracking. Check out a few how to apply conditioner videos. Keep that truck looking good and keep them videos coming!

My wife just bought me a used 2018 STX 4x4 this past Monday. Up until then I drove a 2006 XLT. My new truck is a crew cab with a 2.7L ecoboost. Down the road I may have to really look into katskinz. First thing is a set of smartliner truck matts. Love your truck though. Mine is dark wine color Ford calls magma red. When it's cloudy out it looks almost black.

that guys business rig is nicer than alot of ppl's cars. it isnt cramped either, seems like a decent amount of room to work. apparently hes not just some craigslist scrub, thats a nice operation and the work looked nice. love to see it

this is a great upgrade for the price and that install fee was way less than i thought it would be.

Love the Katzkin in my F150. Great quality leather. If you are like me and can still feel the lumbar even when it is all the way down that is a good time to disconnect the lumbar to get rid of that bar in your lower back.

Awesome Video! I just purchased a 2021 Ford F150 XLT with cloth seats last week, and 2 days later made an appointment to have leather seats installed. The local company, here in Austin, TX, was recommended by my salesman because they do many leather installs for the dealership. That leather seat install job on my truck was $1399.00 + tax which wasn't bad and I'm pleased with the outcome. Like you said Q, the leather seats change the entire look and feel of your interior and is a HUGE upgrade. In order to get leather from the factory, I would've had to upgrade to the Lariat package and paid an extra $4K plus! If I'd seen this video earlier I would have given Victor a call since he said he's travel to the Austin TX area. Great job Victor! If anyone in my area needs leather seats installed, I'll definitely send them your way. And Brotha Q!......I've definitely subscribed to your YT channel. Looks like you have some great content BroMan.

Sweet looking truck. That new interior is fantastic! I have a black 18 XLT and thinking that would be a really nice upgrade. I don’t mind the cloth, but like you, I don’t like how easily they can look stained and soiled. Thanks for sharing.

Nice upgrade, I had Katskins in my Dodge truck about 10 years ago I loved him. I bought a 2016 Ford F150 and I thought about doing the same thing but I went ahead and ordered a lariat that had leather already in it you’re going to be very happy with your leather seats.

I have Katskinz in my 14 Duramax. Love them almost as much as my stereo.

If you'll step in n out using your running boards instead of sliding out your bolsters will last longer aswell as that edge seam. Once you get in the habit its just automatic. ( 18 F150 Sport in magnetic w same lift)

That’s a great job. I have black leather in my my 2016. Recommendation, use mcguirres leather cleaner/conditioner. My seats look brand new after almost 5 years of ownership. Helps seats hold up in this north Dallas weather

On a used truck I had I took the seat covers off like this and washed them at the laundromat and did the same for my wife's car when the kids spilled food and juice on them. The both looked brand new on the reinstall.

New leather does magic for the interior. Looks like a new truck. I did that on front seats of my 2004 Excursion, well worth the money.

Just put in Clazzio synthetic $ 355.00 Black leather seat covers in this morning ! Took about three hours .Wasn't easy ! Very good quality covers .Very strong ! Looks ,feels and stretches just like real leather ! At first I thought I made a big mistake ? But turns out they are very nice !!

Some these in my 4runner and love them. They aren’t as soft as the cloth seats or the trd pro softex seats but they are def nicer and will last longer

It is always fascinating to watch a talented craftsman doing his job, particularly when they obviously take pride in their craftsmanship like Victor. Like you were saying in the video, if you learn a trade, you will never go hungry. All of these young people want to put themselves hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt going to college, when they could learn a trade for a fraction of the price and will always be able to find work and take care of their families.

Just got my 2018 F150 back! Clicked on you link to eBay and ordered the same Katzkins as you. Had them installed and I love them! It’s. like a brand new Truck!

If you have cloth seats and need to get the stains out wihtout ruining them - uses Murphy's Oil! That with some hot water works great, doesnt smell like cheap carpet shampoo, and is safe for the seat.

Luckily for me they came in my 2020 F-150!! Even better i caught it with a rebate on the upgrade!!!! Winning!!

I installed some road wire leather seat with that diamond shape red stitching for $650 on my 2020 Silverado had them for 2 months and they are awesome 👏🏼

That’s a really good trade to be in because that’s like the main thing it gets messed up in peoples vehicles and when somebody buys a used car they were like damn the seats all messed up or they look really good but just a driver one could be a little messed up or like messed up just because the driver drove a lot so that driver seat will be more wore out

Great choice! You made a great decision not getting the red stitching. You get some crazy sun in DFW, and some red dyes will fade, even with UV windows like you have. That guy is an old-country craftsman. Starting to be a lost art. Love his city bus workshop!

Great video. I have been looking at Katzkin covers for a while. I do notice that the prices have gone up quite a bit in the last year. I think they are still worth it.

They look good man. I couldn't do it, unless I also wanted to put in seat warmers too. Living in Oregon, I don't wanna get in no cold ass seats in the winter man. 😅
