I'm only 11 and I've been insecure for my body for years when I found out about glow up diaries it honestly changed my life the only that I'm struggling with is trying to hide the fact that I wanna be healthy from my parents and family since I'm young I can't buy my own groceries and stuff so it's been really hard no expecially since my parents are the reason I'm insecure

Recipes for myself 1:12 2:42 6:23 Chocolate chia pudding 2 1/2tbsp chia seeds, pour some milk, about 1/2 cup, stir, add some cocoa powder, and bit of agave. Leave in fridge for at least 2 hours

~ALL RECIPES~ Banana smoothie layers: 🍌 2 bananas 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Ice cubes ~Blend all ingredients for about 45 seconds. ~Layer with granola, blueberries and peanut butter. Three ingredient pancakes:🥞 1 banana 1 egg Handful of oats ~Mash banana in bowl, stir in egg and oats. ~Heat a pan on medium heat. Tip: Make smaller pancakes (pour batter onto pan), they are easier to flip. ~Top with berries and maple syrup Spinach egg whites and green smoothie: 🥬🍳🍵 ~Cook a handful of spinach in a greased pan on medium heat. Sprinkle with salt. ~Pour in some egg whites and stir until ready (usually takes a couple of minutes) For the smoothie: Blend together 1/2 a frozen banana, 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 sticks of celery, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 apple, some mint leaves, and ice cubes. Peanut butter banana rice cake: ~Spread peanut butter on a rice cake. Top with sliced banana. Overnight oats: 1/4 cup oats 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt ~Mix all ingredients, refrigerate overnight. ~Top with fruit High protein sandwich: 🥪 ~Toasted bread ~Handful of kale or spinach ~Sliced avocado ~Fried egg ~Sriracha sauce (optional) Assemble all ingredients to make a sandwich Chocolate chia seed pudding: 2 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds 1/2 cup almond milk About a tablespoon cacao powder Agave nectar to sweeten ~Mix all ingredients in bowl, refrigerate for a couple hours. ~Top with raspberries Enjoy your breakfast! 🤗🥞🍎

Tip with the pancakes! Put your oats in a blender to make oat flour, they are so much easier to flip and the consistency is way better, whenever I make that recipe I just add all the ingredients into my blender and then blend it to make the batter

for the 3 ingredient pancakes, if you add a little pinch of baking soda it helps keep them together and makes them fluffier! just a teaspoon or so, any more and it'll leave a bitter taste

For the pancake, i suggest u to mix all the ingredients to the blender, so the texture would be thicker and u can easily flip the pancake without getting cracked

yes a the SIMPLEST health pancake ! everyone complicates it by taking out a blender and blending the oats or even the whole mix , or let the oats soak over night. you needa do all that ! this can be done in 6 minutes!

Nutella is the worst thing a human begin can eat. It is basically composed of (approximately) 55% of Refined sugar 23% of Palm oil (which is also know as An oil that destroys the environment enormously through its production and cultivation that increases the rate of deforestation) 14% of nuts and 3% caocao. Due to the high sugar pourcentage it is really addictive, combined to the Palm oil there are higher chances of Suffering from blood pressure problems, diabetes etc etc etc.

Hello, everybody! I'm gonna share my honest review on the greek yogurt banana smoothie. I just got to say if you are not a fan of bananas this smoothie is not for you! I 100% loved it, besides I used coconut almond milk bc that's just the milk I use. I also changed this a bit by adding 1 frozen strawberry, I was careful not to change my smoothie from the original. I just got to say try it!!!!!! It's amazing!

Hi y'all id recommend that you have one cheat meal a week and exercise 3 times a week so you don't over work your body remember you have to keep exercising and eating healthy to maintain your body and good health good luck you can do this 💕
