I really wish I could perceive nutty notes. Almond, chestnut, walnut, etc. They all just give a dry effect to a fragrance to my nose. I'm very challenged with nutty notes, Fig, and cypriol oil notes. I bought Soie Malaquis, Gris Charnel, and Gritti Rialto blind and they just dont agree with my skin. I'm so sad about it! I want to experience these fragrances like everyone else! However, my SOTD is one of my most addictive scents. It's peach body wash, and lotion, a smoky peach body oil by Arcana Craves then Initio Paragon with Jimmy Choo I Want Choo layered on top. It's amazing! I have been sniffing myself all day!
Whew! Hot here in Germany, too! 32 Celsius. 😬Great time to pull out Wavechild... which I did yesterday. Today was devoted to Bossa, by the Brazilian firm Grenado. They have some GORGEOUS scents. Bossa is a dry coconut with aquatic notes, lime, tiara and frangipani. It's what I imagine the Copacabana beach smells like. The fragrance is not too expensive, free shipping, too. Blonde Redhead is an addiction for me as well. If you look at the notes, you think okay...nice, but nothing special. Wrong! So unique. I get strawberry cake. Not expensive, but their shipping is crazy high. I think that is because they are a brand new company, trying to figure out how to get their fragrances out there. Once that gets sorted, this will be a hit, no doubt. Have you sampled others in this line?
Bossa is perfect for the high heat, such an amazing fragrance! I think NEYDO will do exceptionally well, hopefully as you say the shipping costs improve so more people can experience the brand.
My most addictive fragrances right now are Simone Andreoli Leisure in Paradise , Rosendo Matteau #6 and Sweetly Known from Kerosene. I have to stop myself from reaching for these all the time . I bought a decant of Drunk Saffron on your recommendation. I liked it at first snif but I’m still to try it full body to see if it’s a love . I am super curious about Manakara but it is so pricey for what appears to be a simple scent profile . But you have got me intrigued again . Enjoyed this video .
Hi Hayley! I just received a sample of Ylop and i like it but is not a love atm, similar to Amouage-Sunshine, but Ylop has that tea note more prominent and i can smell honey 🍯 that's just my opinion..and i'm waiting for Blond redhead, super excited ❤
Thanks for sharing!! I agree, it reminds me of Amouage Sunshine but with tea and no tobacco! I love Sunshine but I love tea notes so it makes sense why I love it so much. Excited to hear what you think about Blond Redhead next

A fragrance reviewer recently gave her two cents on WaveChild. I have a full bottle of this and had NO idea what she was talking about. Nothing she said about it was anything that I was experiencing…asked if she got a bad decant. Just goes to show …trust your own nose. 😊
I just ordered Blond Redhead, I hope I like it, or I'm blaming you! :-) Shipping was still expensive ($24) to the US, but it was $120 USD total. Shipping is a lot less than it was.

I have still managed to buy it, paid 22 Euro for shipping but managed to use a discount code , so the whole cost was 100 Euro. I was afraid to blind buy, but I must say I do enjoy wearing Blond Redhead so much:) This is a very mood boosting fragrance! It’s a pitty they have not prepared any sample/ discovery set so far, would love to know more from them.
Hummm...none of those are synonymous with the word Addictive to me...the wonders of scent perception. It truly takes an exceptional perfume for me to give it this title.
Addictive to me is something you can’t get enough of, so can’t stop smelling. This is just my view and taste of course, we will all find different fragrances addictive
