No, we weren't the aggressor in 1991. That was Hussein's bright idea to invade Kuwait back them. The Saudis were freaked because they had a relatively small military, and even though it was packed with western equipment, it was not the best trained and totally untested. They were afraid Hussein was just going to roll through the Arabian peninsula, and we were concerned about the impact Hussein could have on the status of our Petro-dollar, if he got control of more oil or was allowed to keep Kuwait and its oil supplies. We became the aggressor in 2003, and it basically hasn't let up since then. Very cool 1 ounce bar pickups! Silver Struck is an awesome guy. I think he's got like 4 GHBs filled with 1 ounce bars. Keep stacking!
@veritasfiles thanks for the refresher. I was 11 in 1980. I guess since my adult life we've become the aggressor. I had gorgot about the deal we had mad with Saudi Arabia for protection in exchange for the trade of US dollar think oil. I think silver struck us doing the double 50oz boxes 👀
That's some good stacking and collecting- 75 bars! You have found some nice ones along the way. Only the second time I have seen the T-Rx B day bar. I learned something new with the Continental coin bars, very cool!
Your Scottsdale bar is the nicest one in my opinion. Edit I subscribed and I recommend getting the Scottsdale vortex bar for 1 ounce or the Scottsdale stacker bars for 10 ounce, kilo, or 100 ounce
