Adding a Hanging Sleeve (After it's Bound) 

Hanging sleeves aren't so bad to make. Cut an 8 1/2" strip of fabric to the size you need. Usually so the hanging sleeve fits between the binding. (width of the quilt)
(I fixed the end that was uneven).
