@@timmartin9354 I logged in with the information but the channels and movies are not loading into the app. The IP provider sent me a host address and a m3u URL...do i need to use both? I am not getting any help from the provider..

@abuali1941 very easy. Get off the live tv homepage if you are there by switching user. When you are on the user page you simply go to the white box with the account to delete. DO NOT CLICK ON IT. Highlight it....then HOLD THE OK BUTTON FOR 2 SECONDS, it will ask you to login or delete. Delete it.
@mzmorris6562 a million possibilities. U ask your provider? U log out log in? U unplug internet for 15 minutes? U reinstall the live tv app? U use a vpn to to see if you are blocked by your isp? U make sure it's not expired? Good luck
