Thank you for your comment. In order to assist, we'll need a little more information about the type of chair you purchased. Can you provide the model number? It should be located on the ID tag which is white and about the size of a dollar bill and located on the underside of the chair.

We would need the ID# in order to determine if new springs can be ordered to correct the issue. You can locate the 13-digit ID# on a white slip of paper about the size of a dollar bill stapled to the underside of your recliner frame. Springs would need to be ordered through the retailer in which you purchased the recliner. Let us know if you need any other assistance.

@@BestHomeFurnishings We have flipped the chair over multiple times looking with a flashlight and can not find any tag anywhere. I do know the model number from the original invoice, it was Model 9DW07. The footrest was already replaced once and has a sticker on it that says 8700110210, only identification I can find, and I would like to look into replacing the footrest again as well, but without the ID tag we probably won't know the correct color. @@sandywjo5 Hey there. We recommend going to the retailer from which you purchased and they can assist with the issues you are having. The model 9DW07 does offer the tension spring adjustment. This can be ordered through your retailer as well.

Some recliners have zippers in the back of the seat lounge (where the lower back meets the seat). However if a zipper is not present, we can send a new seat lounge to the store from which it was purchased and they may be able to replace it for you.
