Adding an additional domain controller to an existing domain | Windows Server 2019 in Hindi
In this video, we will see how to add an additional domain controller to an existing domain in windows server 2019 in Hindi. we will understand why we should add additional domain controller to our domain environment with the help of layout and also understand why it is important to add additional domain controller like for fault tolerance, high availability and load balancing etc. we will understand the network scenario before moving to practical then we will practically add an additional domain controller to an exiting domain and we will also do some implementation testing and verifications.

What will be getaway for client system DC or ADC address?

Gateway will be Router's IP address, since traffic will be transferred/forwarded to outside networks via Router where Routing would be configured 😊

respected HP , till now we have no internet connectivity in our servers and clients, kindly teach us how the servers and clients will connect to internet and also is this dns only for resolving host and servers not outside traffic? regards

Internet connectivity is not a big deal actually. Since we are using virtual lab environment and to demonstrate these practical's internet is not mandatory that's why I have not connected to internet but for some practical's where internet is required, we have connected our server and client to internet as well. for example in How to block websites using GPO video, both server and client systems are connected to internet ☺

To connect our network systems to internet, we will be having router in our network as default gateway, from where we will route our network traffic to public network or internet. Once router is configured to forward network traffic to outside networks, then we can connect our network systems to internet. Router configuration is part of CCNA and soon going to launch complete CCNA course where Network Administration part will be covered 🙂

Hello Admin i have a question I create a domain Now i am joining this domain in multiple systems. I dont want to put domain server pasword to users computer if that password leaks my whole AD server is on risk. What shoud i do now. Kindly ans i ll wait for your reply. You need to enter Administrator password only while joining device to domain. Once joined then domain users will login using their credentials only

If you are trying to login using Domain Administrator account then in username try domainname\Administrator and if you want to login as local Administrator then use PCName\Administrator and respective passwords ( domainname=your domain name, PC name is your local computer name)

Hello sir this Ismail Ahmadi form Afghanistan, I have configured DC and ADC they properly work and replicate the database, but, for practice purpose when i disconnect the DC in order to check whether the client can get login from the ADC. so it not working. I mean the client can not get login from the ADC any solution Please?

ADC(ADDITIONAL DOMAIN CONTROLLER) se ping ho rha hai on server 1 but dns nhi resolved ho rha hai ?? Wat is the issue please tell me sir

In IP configurations of ADC, please make sure to set DNS server's IP address as IP address of DC.
