About Panda Garra
The Panda Garra (Garra flavatra), also known as the Panda Loach, is a freshwater fish native to Myanmar (Burma). It is popular in the aquarium trade due to its distinctive black and white banded coloration and peaceful nature. Typically growing to about 4 inches in length, it inhabits fast-flowing streams and rivers with rocky substrates in the wild. It is an omnivore, feeding on algae, sinking pellets, and occasional live or frozen foods like brine shrimp or bloodworms.
